If you are experiencing issues accessing your online account, you'll find tips on how to resolve the most common problems below. You can access Excel at Work Online at https://excel-at-work.mykajabi.com/login.

To access your online account, you will need to:

  • be an Excel at Work subscriber with an active account
  • have a valid email address in our system
  • have registered for an Excel at Work Online course.

If the 'Invalid email or password' message is shown when trying to login

When trying to login, please check that you have typed your Email and Password correctly.

You may need to copy and paste the password to ensure it is correct. Just select the password sent to you in your Login details email, press CTRL+C to copy it, and then click into the Password box on the Login screen and press CTRL+V to paste the password.

BTW, you can change your password to something easier to remember once you are logged into the learning. Just go to your Profile info to make the change.

If you need to reset your password

1. Go to our login page at https://excel-at-work.mykajabi.com/login and click Forgot password below the Email and Password boxes.
2. Enter the email address you normally use when you login to the learning. If you haven't subscribed to a course yet, you will need to subscribe first.
3. Click Send Recovery Info.
4. You will be emailed a new password.
5. Return to https://excel-at-work.mykajabi.com/login to login using your new password. You can change your password under your profile settings once you are logged in.

If you've just purchased a course and your login details haven't arrived

Unfortunately your email with your login details can go astray. If this has happened try one of the following:

Option #1

Please check your Junk email folder, along with the Other or Clutter folders too. Your login details email is auto-generated which means your email system can pick up on this and move the email into one of these folder.

Option #2

1. Go to our Login page https://excel-at-work.mykajabi.com/login to login.
2. Enter the email address you used when you purchased your course. This is your login email address.
3. Enter your password. If you don't have your password please follow the steps above for 'If you need to reset your password'
4. Click the Sign in button.

Option #3

If Option 1 or 2 don't work, please contact us at [email protected]

If your email address isn't being accepted when trying to login

If your email address isn't being accepted it could be that it was entered incorrectly when you purchased your course. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will look into this for you.

If you have completed lessons but they aren't showing as 'Complete'

Please check the following:

  • You may have completed the lessons in our previous host system. We moved to our new host, Kajabi, in May 2020. If you have completed your lessons in the old system, they won't be shown as completed in Kajabi. If you would like to show your lessons as completed in Kajabi just make your way into each lesson and mark it as Complete.
  • Ensure you watch each video right to the end and Kajabi will automatically mark the lesson as Complete.
  • Do a double check before moving to the next Lesson. If the lesson isn't marked as 'Complete', click the 'Mark as Complete' button.

If you have completed an online Assessment (Quiz) and not received your pass score

  • You may not have submitted your assessment. Be sure to click the small Next button at the bottom right of the quiz question to submit your answer. Do this for every question.
  • Be sure to click the Next button that is on the quiz question, not the 'Next' button below this which will move you to the next Lesson, without completing your quiz.

If your screen isn't responding as you would expect it to

If you are still having issues with your screen not responding as you would expect it to you might like to try using a different browser. Google Chrome and the latest version Microsoft Edge  seem to give the best experience.
